Dammer Honey, also known as Stingless Bee Honey or Cheruthen in Kerala, is a rare and highly valued honey produced by the stingless bee species Trigona iridipennis. Unlike regular honey bees, these bees are smaller, lack stingers, and primarily forage on medicinal plants, making their honey rich in therapeutic properties
